In addition, you agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.

Shipping Times:

Creative Shapes Etc. ships Monday - Friday, excluding selected holidays. All orders placed before 1 PM EST on Monday - Friday receive same day shipping. There is no minimum order required.

Shipping Offer:

Free Shipping is available on in-stock items over $99 to one location within the 48 contiguous United States. 
Small packages and standard parcel shipments are shipped via UPS or USPS.

Shipping Rates:

We work closely with USPS and UPS to provide the fastest and cheapest shipping cost. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. All rates are based on weight, location, and size at the time of check out. 

Tracking:

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is packed and ready to be picked up by USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin updating. If shipped through UPS, you can track your package at UPS.com. Orders shipped through USPS can be tracked through USPS.com.

Lost Order Policy

Policy Overview
You must report a missing order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to get a free replacement or a full refund.

Before Contacting Us
Please take these steps before reporting a missing package:
  • Check Hidden Spots: Look around porches, back doors, and garage areas, etc.
  • Ask Others: Check with neighbors or your building's front desk/lobby. Check with mail rooms, building staff, etc.
  • Contact Carrier: Speak with your local mail carrier or visit your local carrier hub.

  • Details Needed: Share your order number and tracking number.
Next Steps
  1. Check: We will investigate with the delivery courier within 2 business days.
  2. Resolve: If lost, we will send a new item or issue a full refund
  3. Payout: Refunds take 5 to 7 business days to show on your statement.
What is Not Covered
  • Claims sent after 30 days.
  • Orders with an incorrect address typed by the customer.
  • Items marked "delivered" but stolen (requires a police report).

Returns:

We guarantee our products. All requests for returns should be directed to Creative Shapes Etc's Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 7 days of contacting us about your intent to return.  Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of us receiving your return at our warehouse. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with the order.

Our regular office hours are Mon. - Fri. 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, with the exception of several holidays.
