The soft material is an excellent material to add to many craft activities. Remove the backing to expose the adhesive and apply to a variety of surfaces. Our small foam cut-outs come with 15 sheets per package. Each design is created proportionally within a 3" x 3" space. Will float in warm or cold water and dries quickly. Adhesive retains some stickiness after being used in water; removing paper backing is suggested before using in water.
