Refund policy

Returns: We guarantee our products. All requests for returns should be directed to Creative Shapes Etc's Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. To receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and received within 7 days of contacting us about your intent to return.  Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of your return being received at our warehouse. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip with the order.
